Sunshine Law Requests

The Financial and Civil Matters Unit processes records requests directed to the Circuit Attorney’s Office (“CAO”) under the Missouri Sunshine Law.

This form can be mailed directly to the Custodian of Records, brought to the CAO, or submitted via email to sunshinerequest@stlouiscao.org. All Sunshine law requests should be submitted to the attention of the Custodian of Records for the CAO, Andrew Gilfoil.
