Summary of Incident:  Anthony Newsome pointed a gun at E.G. and demanded the money he had in his possession.  E.G. gave the defendant the money.  Newsome then pointed the gun at A.W. and demanded his money but A.W. did not have any money.  Upon hearing that, Newsome struck A.W. with the gun, fled in his car, but was almost immediately apprehended by the police, with the cash from the robbery on his person, and the weapon found nearby.

Summary of Incident:   On August 5, 2014, Moses, acting with Anthony Newsome and Timothy Holmes, who lent Newsome the weapon that he had used on July 23, went to commit a robbery.  Newsome pointed a gun at E.G. and demanded E.G. give up his money.  E.G. gave the defendant the money.  Newsome then pointed the gun at A.W. and demanded his money but A.W. did not have any money.  Upon hearing that, Newsome struck A.W. with the gun.  Newsome ran away after that and got in the car where Moses and Holmes were waiting for him and fled, but was immediately apprehended by the police, in possession of the stolen money, and the weapon was found nearby.  Moses and Holmes fled before the police arrived.
