About the Neighborhood Ownership Model
St. Louis residents have grown tired of and are becoming increasingly concerned about the declining health and overall well-being of children and families in their neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Ownership Model serves as a framework for citizen-led, crime reduction strategies that are supported by the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the Office of the Mayor.
The documents on this page are designed to provide ideas for how citizens can create their own Neighborhood Ownership Model (NOM) to reduce crime and increase the quality of life in their communities.
