Diselle Rogers has been sentenced to a total of 12 years for two counts of second-degree robbery, stealing from a person and possession of a controlled substance.
On Dec. 4, 2012, the defendant and another individual grabbed M.H.’s purse from behind and, when M.H. did not immediately release the purse, defendant pushed her in the back, knocking her to the ground.
