Eric Myles has been found guilty of first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action.

On Jan. 10, 2012, C.B. pulled up to a gas station located at 20XX N. Florissant Ave. in the St. Louis Place neighborhood to make a purchase, and when he came back to his car, he was approached by a juvenile who pulled a handgun on him in an attempt to rob him. C.B. grabbed for the gun, a struggle ensued, and Anthony Greene and Eric Myles came to the aid of the robber and began to strike and kick C.B. C.B. broke loose and was then shot in the abdomen by the juvenile.  C.B.’s car was then taken by Anthony Greene who later drove the car to his ex-girlfriend’s home, where it was located by police.  Eric Myles made a video recorded admission of his involvement in the offenses.

On Feb. 11, a St. Louis jury found Eric Myles guilty. Sentencing is set in the case for April 25 in front of St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Mark Neill.
