Darius Morgan has been found guilty of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

 

On Aug. 13, 2011, Morgan pointed a handgun at E.P. and demanded his belongings in the Baden neighborhood. Morgan took E.P.’s car keys and drove off in E.P.’s car. About an hour later, the car was located and Morgan was found inside. E.P. identified Morgan in a physical lineup.

 

On Jan. 28, a St. Louis jury convicted Morgan of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. Sentencing is scheduled in the case for March 7 in front of St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Thomas J. Frawley.
